Technical characteristics of organic sewage treatment

1, no need to aeration, save electricity. In theory, aerobic aeration to remove 1kgBOD requires 1.67 kWh of power consumption, and anaerobic treatment can save 80 <UNK>.
2, generate valuable energy-biogas. In theory, anaerobic degradation of 1kgCOD can produce 0.4 to 0.5 M3 methane, and the burning heat value per M3 methane is approximately 23000 to 27000 kJ/m3. If used for power generation, 1 cubic meter of methane can generate 1.50 to 1.80 degrees.
3, the amount of sludge produced is small, granular sludge is also a valuable inoculation product. Aerobic removal of 1kgBOD usually produces 0.4 kg of aerobic sludge that is difficult to treat; Anaerobic removal of 1 kgCOD produces only about 0.05 kg of anaerobic sludge and does not require treatment and can be used as a valuable mud product.
4, due to the small number of synthetic new cells, the synthesis of cells require less nitrogen, phosphorus nutrients. The ratio of aerobic reaction to nitrogen and phosphorus is: BOD: N: P = 100:5:1, and the corresponding ratio of anaerobic reaction is: BOD: N: P = 300:5:1.
5, treatment volume load is high, occupy a small area.
6, strong impact load.
General aerobic treatment of ammonia nitrogen is about 30 %, while aerobic and anaerobic combination of ammonia nitrogen can reach about 80 %.
